One of her prime interests is in the treatment of dysfunctional female sexual problems.

Having come from a Persian background, she is especially aware of the prejudice and power inequalities between men and women. These issues often lead to feelings of depression, anxiety, and addictions of all kinds, especially, eating disorders. She is highly motivated to help people to resolve these issues, and in the process raise their self-esteem.

She believes that when one’s feelings of self-worth increase, this creates a higher quality of life for both the individual and for the countless others that this person’s life will touch.
